System Analyst/Business Development Manager

Job Duties:

As System Analyst/Business Development Manager, the employee will be responsible for the following job duties:

• • Identifying, writing and managing business requirements.
• • Contributing to the functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design stages of implementations (including scenario design, flow mapping).
• • Supporting configurations, customization, reports and interfaces, testing and user training.
• • Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow.
• • Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
• • Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles.
• • Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs a computer program is to address.
• • Knowledge on Identity management use cases and single sign on protocols such as SAML, OIDC, OAUTH
• • Knowledge of SCIM connector to automate user provisioning and de-provisioning
• • Knowledge of the IAM workflows suite including access controls and privileged account management
